Full mechanical CAD, tripod and ball-head mounting interface, adjustable phone clamp, 3D printed functional prototypes and a leather-wrapped hood for stray-light control. Industrial design and rendering, sheet-metal and enclosure CAD, a stainless wash cavity with spray manifold and drain tray, a hinged glass door with brushed handle, and a status display driven by the control board. Built and commissioned as a working unit.

A wall-mounted column that air-dries the user in place after showering. Work covered the industrial design and enclosure engineering of the two-part column and the warm-air head with its outlet grille, the membrane control panel for power, temperature and fan speed, and the electronics and firmware that drive them, including the blower and control board package. A closed case that holds a toothbrush and runs a timed UV-C cycle on the head while it is stored. Work covered the enclosure and hinged lid, the moulded cavity with brush retainer and drip channel, placement of the UV-C emitters over the bristle zone, the front control panel with a two-digit display, cycle indicator and single power key, and the electronics and firmware for lid detection, cycle timing and safety cut-off.
