The idea

WHAT THE CLIENT BROUGHT US

A US customer came to us with a clear picture of the experience they wanted: a one-piece smart commode with bidet wash, warm-air dry, a heated seat, night lighting, a glass touch display and a handheld remote. They needed one team to turn that feature list into a product that could be manufactured and shipped.
